What Is A Green Profile?
This is for anyone over 13, however our privacy policy still restricts some applications for the safety of people under 18.
What Is A Blue Profile?

Blue profiles are for people under 13. This allows anyone adding this person as a friend to understand who they are talking to. Some important restrictions apply to these profile types so please see the profile matrix for an explanation.

What Is A Group?
This is the central reason why we built the site. The groups allow communication between people that is simple and secure. Each groups' security and privacy settings can be altered by the group owner.
What Are The Applications?
The list of applications are for your convenience, you can choose to add or delete applications. See “application description and settings” in the application section.
What Are Bulletins For?
Bulletins are posted by the group owner only, this information is emailed to the group members automatically.
What Is My Blog For?
This is your personal information.  Use it to share information with your close friends, relatives, coaches or potential clubs.
What Are The Online Polls For?
Mostly a bit of fun, however you can request a poll at anytime and we’ll run it for you and supply the information. The information gathered as vote results only may be supplied to a third party but your details are not. No gender, age, demographic etc are supplied, “only the results”.
What Is The Soapbox For?
This was set up as a bit of fun. If you like showing some funny photos, a really interesting video to share with everyone, sporting achievements or just getting on your “soapbox” about certain issues this is the place for you. You will also notice “on line poll”. You can request a topic for a poll for something of interest for you.
How Do I Add Club Newsletters And Bulletins?
If you are the owner of the group you can post bulletins that will generate an email to all members of the group.
How Do I Post Match Reports?
Use the bulliten, announcements tab
How Do I Add Sponsors To Our Group?
Click on add sponsors. In the brows tab find your sponsors logo's that are saved on your hard drive. click open and then upload.
How Do We Set Up A Communications Channel Through Our Coaches?
  1. Simply add a group that identifies you club. Have the coaches set up a profile and add then to your group.
  2. Have the coach add a group that identifies the team and the players set-up a profile and add them selves to the “Club group” AND the “team Group” as set up by the coach.
  3. If they players add themselves to both groups they will receive information from the club and the coach.

How Do I Add Applications?
Click on the Application tab. Click Browse to see available application. Select the application you want and click add.
How Do I Add Photos?
After you have added the photo application see “how do I add an application”. Scroll down to photos and select “create album” then select upload photos.
How Do I Join A Group?
Find the group you want to join, click on the group to open the page and click ”join”.  Please note some groups are private and may require the group owners approval.
How Do I Add Friends to a Group?
When you have created your group, on the right hand side click “invite friends”.
How Do I Start A Group?
If you are under 13 you cannot start a new group.  If you are over 13 select “My Groups”.  On the right hand side click “create”.
How Do I Remove Friends From My List?
From the profile page select Friends. A list will appear of all your friends. On the right hand side select the red X to remove them.
How Do I Find Friends?
From your profile page. Roll your mouse over the “friends tab” from the drop down list select search. Type in the name of the person you are looking for and select them from the list.
How Do I Change My Privacy Settings?
From your profile page. Roll your mouse over the Profile tab and a drop down list will appear, simply select the settings you require.
How Do I Add Friends?
When you have found the person you are looking for, simply click on “add as friend” next to their name. They will receive a message that you are trying to add them and they will need to approve it.
How Do I Reduce Photo Sizes?
Most photo editing programs will allow you to resize photos.  Please see the help section of your program.
Why Can't I Upload Photos That Are Over 2MB?
This allows us to save on storage space and help keep the site free.
Why Can't I See My Friends' Details?
Your friend has set their security setting to “only me” in the security settings.
Why Do I Need To Supply My Mobile Phone Number?
This is not mandatory however, if you want to receive TXT messages from your groups site as well, you will need to supply your number.
Why Do I Need To Add A Parent or Guardian Contact Details?
If you are under 13 you need to supply an additional contact email. All messages you receive will be copied to this address. This is so your parent/guardian can help protect and advise you on using the web and this site.
Why Do I Need To Supply Two Email Contacts?
If you are over 13 you can add an additional email so you can get messages where ever you are or where you commonly log on.
Why Do I Need To Supply My Date Of Birth At Log In?
Your date of birth is required to determine default security setting, if you are under 13 then your profile will have restrictions. See profile matrix.
How Do Points Work?
Points are essentially awarded to you for your participation in the site activities. we havn't worked out how to redeem these yet but your feedback is welcome.
